Once we have an outline understanding of your project and context, the next step will be to arrange a face to face design consultation.
Design & Specification
Once we’ve met on site and discussed your ideas, we’ll provide a clear estimate covering costs, timings, drawings, and specifications.
Bespoke design projects require a 10% non-refundable deposit to secure your place in our work schedule.
Design develops through discussion. We’ll present an initial proposal and then work with you to adjust and refine it until you’re completely happy.
Sign-off
Once you are happy with the design, specification and final quote, we will ask you for a deposit. This is typically 45% of the estimate.
Build
Our skilled team will start turning your vision into a reality, keeping you informed along the way.
Completion
Once the work is complete, we will invoice you for the remainder payment due. This is typically 45% of the estimate.

Where are you based?
We're based in Christleton, and serve Chester and the surrounding areas.
Will you consider national projects?
Whilst most of our work is completed locally, we do also accept commissions for bespoke freestanding furniture from further afield. Please do get in touch if you'd like to discuss a project with us.
Do you offer free quoting and estimating?
Estimating and quoting is free for repeat customers. New customers seeking bespoke design services will be required to pay a non-refundable deposit of 10% of the estimate.
How do you handle payments?
We provide a clear invoice for every project, ensuring transparency at every stage. As signatories to the Fair Tax Pledge and supporters of the local living wage, we’re committed to doing business responsibly and paying our team fairly.
